When you ask experts what their self-care routines look like, their answers include (but are not limited to) the following: 20 minutes of meditation, 60 minutes of yoga, 90 minutes of spin class, a 50 minutes for a reiki session, and 40-minute manicures. Feasible? Negatory. This is why we're resetting self-care standards. 

Life as we know it — including work, family, and a few wild cards — tends to pay no mind to our personal needs. We barely have time to finish the laundry or prepare a decent meal. So, along with patting you on the back for even making time to show up today, we're carving out 25 simple self-care hacks that can each be completed in under 10 seconds.
