For $4.715 million, actors Armie Hammer and Elizabeth Chambers Hammer snagged a Tudor Revival-style home in Los Angeles’ historic Hancock Park neighborhood, according to Variety.

The On The Basis Of Sex star and his partner, who also owns the famous Bird Bakery in Texas, acquired the 6,275-square-foot 1920s brick dwelling with architectural details that are original to the house. We’re talking ornate woodwork, colorful Art Deco tile, and gorgeous casement windows. The dreamy back terrace and lagoon-like pool also add to the property’s endless charm.
