Bruce Willis and Emma Heming Willis are saying goodbye to their upstate New York retreat, listing it for nearly $13 million, according to Variety.

The action star and fashion model purchased the Bedford Corners-area compound in 2014 for $12 million, which includes four residences on two lots of land totaling 23 acres. Just 40 miles north of Manhattan, the couple’s country home provided a quick getaway for relaxing weekend escapes. And with 12 bedrooms total, the estate had plenty of space to accommodate the Willis and Heming clans.

The 9,000-square-foot main house includes five bed chambers, eight baths, along with a 2,100-square-foot finished basement with a fitness room, playroom, and giant wine cellar. Outdoor amenities include a tennis court and a saltwater swimming pool with neighboring cabana. The other three residences make for great guest quarters — a 3,200-square-foot renovated historic farmhouse, a 1,000-square-foot cottage, and one-bedroom apartment over the garage.

Let’s take a tour of this beautiful country estate!
