"My mother has always had an interest in interior design, and she has shared much advice over the years. She worked as a docent at the Seattle Art Museum growing up, and had a very sincere appreciation for objects of all kinds. The best design advice that she ever gave me was "When displaying objects, group like with like". It sounds simple enough, but you would be amazed what a difference it makes: Instead of "Chaos" your shelves will look like a high-end curated "Collection". It's a great tip that will give you confidence when styling your home." —Jon Call
