The Teen Decor Line that Makes Grown Women Weak at the Knees

The new Emily & Meritt collection for PBteen taps into our girliest, gold-loving selves.

Kitten-eared headphones. A duvet cover strewn with cabbage roses. A sequin-studded anchor pillow! The trend of cool collabs within the Pottery Barn family continues with the launch of the third collection of Emily + Meritt for PBteen, a wonderland of stripes, sparkle, and whimsy from designers Emily Current and Meritt Elliott. Let's get real here: I don't have a teenage daughter yet, but who am I kidding? I'll be snapping up these scores for myself.

Do you like gold? Then you've come to the right place. The line is front-loaded with various things that gleam and glitter, from a metallic-stripe bedskirt to star-shaped wall magnets. Black-and-white stripes add a dose of urban glam, while items such as pirate pillows and zebra-style cowhide rugs bring in a bit of attitude.

More exciting news from the designing duo: the pair, both new moms, are debuting a nursery capsule collection with Pottery Barn Kids next January. Maybe a baby-size skull mobile will be in the mix? We can only hope.
