As if we needed another reason to be crushing on Usher, get this: Turns out the R&B superstar's got a plenty big heart. His recently launched collab with year-old startup Yoobi—a company founded on the one-for-one model of social enterprise—means that for every item purchased, an essential school supply is donated to a classroom in need somewhere in the U.S. The brand, which recently launched its first retail store in Los Angeles, has already benefited more than 660,000 kids across the country.

The Yoobi x Usher collection was designed by Jonni Cheatwood, an artist whose work was featured by Usher in the music video "She Came to Give It to You." Bold swirls and graphic lines make up the eye-catching patterns in vibrant hues. "My kids love giving input on my work and projects. Their art actually inspired the Yoobi X Usher collection," says Usher. I looked at what colors they were drawn to and in a very sly way, I'd show something to them and ask, 'What do you think about this? Do you like this color?' That helped me curate the collection."

The brand is available online and at Target stores and is guaranteed to be high in demand with the back-to-school set. Says Usher, "More than anything, I love that Yoobi gives back to the community with every purchase. I want to encourage that mindset for shoppers and spread the word about this awesome company."
