"One of the worst things about being a vegetarian at Thanksgiving is being relegated to only eating sides. This time, I had the power to make a menu that felt balanced and seasonal.

I made Trader Joe's Honey Roasted Pumpkin Ravioli in a brown butter sauce and paired it with a side salad of arugula, goat cheese, pomegranates, and a homemade dressing I learned from a Barefoot Contessa cookbook years ago. Let's just say the leftovers were gone before midnight."
