Pots, pans, and specifically, cast-iron skillets can be a pain in the you-know-what to clean. However, Liu, our cleaning connoisseur,  informs us how to get rid of the gunk that we never thought was going away. "For spots on cast-iron pans, I like to use stainless steel chainmail scrubbers," she says. "They get any caked, tough spots off your iron."
