In your opinion, what’s the key to a good night’s sleep?
"Getting some. I’m a mom of two young kids and I have never respected sleep more than I do now that I’m a mother. For me, stress is the number one killer of sleep so I look for anything I can do to unburden the things racing in my head prior to laying down. Some of my favorite ways to unwind are: watching Grey’s Anatomy, candles — I love Maison Louise Marie No. 2, Shazzie Sleep Easy meditation app, and lotion — I love Sagely for a mega relax.
