Last week, I was lucky enough to spend the evening in the West Village's The Little Owl amongst glitter, ribbons, glue guns, and some seriously charming stationery. Adorable papergoods e-commerce site Minted threw a holiday dinner party, complete with delicious drinks (like pomegranate-spiked champagne), an impressive menu (including Nova Scotia halibut with lemon crème fraiche), and plenty of craft-happy attendees. A card-decorating bar was fully kitted out with everything from sparkle glues to mini pom poms with which to adorn the paper puveyor's colorful new holiday collection.
The color scheme of the event was a refreshing take on the classic holiday green and red: an apropos minty hue paired with warm sherbet pink. Glass chargers were the foundation of a well-dressed table setting, and adorably-wrapped gift boxes sat next to each spot, each with their own design. In the end, charming cards weren't the only takeaway from this cozy party: the crafting and design choices were idea-packed, as well!
