To celebrate the release of Dreaming Tree’s 2012 Everyday Central Coast White Wine, we made our way to the scenic Blue Hill at Stone Barns restaurant in Tarrytown, New York. Our five-course meal, prepared by chef Dan Barber from locally grown ingredients, was paired with a selection of Dreaming Tree’s wines. The restaurant’s rustic table settings featured floral bouquets dotted with thistles and succulents, amber glass votives, and place-card holders crafted from artichokes. This seasonal spread served as the perfect backdrop for a delightful evening.
