Food Shaming
If you’re on a new diet that you’re loving, that is so awesome for you! But don’t start talking about all the calories in the holiday desserts your friend may have spent hours slaving over. Embrace body positivity and let folks make food choices for themselves. If you have a very specific diet, feel free to check in with your host before about what options will be there. If there’s nothing you can eat, either offer to bring along an appetizer you can nom on or just eat a big meal before.
