Target Might Be The Best New Spot For Light Fixtures
We're digging its new collab with HGTV's Leanne Ford.
Get ready to plan another Target trip. We are already huge fans of the company's Project62 brand, which is a treasure trove of amazing (and affordable!) modern designs. Well now the store is teaming up with designer Leanne Ford of HGTV's Restored With The Fords to add a brand new lighting collection to the line — and it's really, really good.
With more than 30 simply elegant fixtures from pendants to table lamps, the line is definitely one you'll want on your radar. "Leanne’s modern, approachable aesthetic is a beautiful complement to Project 62," says Jill Sando, senior vice president of merchandising atTarget. "This capsule collection is the perfect way to expand our lighting assortment — especially with large-scale pieces — while giving guests even more inspiration to create their own unique looks at home."
"I set out to create a line of clean, classic lights that are available to everyone, easy to find and super affordable," explains Leanne Ford. "I also made a conscious decision to give the lights a timeless feel—nothing too trendy—so they work with many different styles."
From large statement pendants to plug-in sconces that are great to update a rental apartment, these pieces are definitely ready to freshen up your space. "Lighting is everything,” says the designer. "It's one of the most important elements in a space, if not the most important. And if you pick the right piece, it doubles as a work of art."
Want to get your hands on the new collection? The exclusive line will be available in stores and online on February 10. With prices starting at $29.99, lightening up your home with these pieces is a no brainer.
