Buying rugs can be such a hassle. Between materials, sizes, and let’s be honest, the costs, it can be hard to make the jump. Thankfully, e-commerce brand, Article, has been working with talented designers around the globe to bring beautifully crafted, modern pieces directly to consumers without the laundry list of middlemen and added costs. And its latest rug release is something to celebrate.
Combining the brand’s passion for affordable interiors and sustainability, the Stria rug line has been crafted out of recycled plastic bottles. Soft, yet durable, the series of eco-friendly floor coverings has the look and feel of wool and can be used inside and out. Each rug’s pattern and color may vary due to the distinctive, 100% recycled material, but it’s ombre-like gradient lends to a mid-century influence and the color selection is on-point with current rug trends.
While we're partial to Stria's minimalist vibes, it's encouraging to see a whole lot of green without spending a ton of green to outfit our floors.
