Storied furnishings firm Herman Miller has created a pop up exhibition and gallery in New York City’s Meatpacking District titled "Alexander Girard: An Uncommon Vision," which showcases the work of the legendary textile designer, who worked for the company from 1952 to 1973.
A selection of archival reproductions including playful midcentury furnishings, a throw, and punchy printed fabric panels will be available for purchase alongside special-edition Maharam pillows featuring Girard’s signature designs. Just be sure to get there before the shop pops down on May 28th.
