Spotlight on Atlanta Design Shop: Steve McKenzie's

The recently opened Steve McKenzie's—a spacious interiors store occupying an old railroad  freight depot in Atlanta’s up-and-coming Westside Design District—doubles as a showroom and gallery spotlighting the best of Southern design.
It's packed with an eclectic yet thoughtful mix of furniture, artwork, decorative accents, and textiles, including fabrics based on Steve’s paintings.
During the seven months that the store has been open, the McKenzies have already collaborated on exclusives with Georgia potter Rebecca Wood of R. Wood Studio, leather maker Colsen Keane, and North Carolina salvaged lumber company The Old Wood Co.

This past March, the shop launched its eponymous line of upholstered furniture—an ode to the owners' love of midcentury architecture.
