The secret weapon behind McLean's BBQ-roasted corn? Cilantro-lime butter. Follow these easy steps to make it yourself:

-Combine one stick of unsalted butter to 1/2 cup chopped cilantro in a skillet, allowing the butter to melt
-Add a sprinkle of kosher salt and a pinch of crushed red pepper 
-When the butter is fully melted, take it off the heat
-Add another pinch of chopped cilantro and the juice of one lime
-Let cool, and voilà!
