Finding Inspiration
"I first set foot in the BDDW Soho showroom in 2005 – that’s when I knew I wanted to learn to make furniture (though I didn’t have the opportunity until 2009)," shares Culver.

"My background is in fine art photography, and it’s always been my goal to better combine woodworking, marketing, art, and photography," she says. "My main inspiration at the moment is Dowel Jones, an Australian design duo, who use shapes, color, products, and sometimes motion to market their work. Their marketing photography is art. That’s my goal."
