"For your bedroom, you can change things up depending on whether you need to sleep and rest or if you’re going to stir things up between the sheets," says Han. "For sleeping, I prefer something soft, but rich on the top of my wrist like an attar from India, an aged vetiver, or patchouli. These notes put me in a deep slumber."

She adds, "On the other hand, jasmine, ylang ylang, or tonka are secret weapons that will spice things up if you don’t want to sleep!"
