What is most exciting about being in the New York market?
"We’re finally able to interact with customers that have been shopping with us for up to 40 years who have never been able to connect with the brand in person. We had someone drive down from Vermont to see things in person for the first time—[the North East] is actually our largest customer base. We always want to be conscious of where we are, and we were very intentional in choosing to locate our NYC base two blocks away from the Flatiron district."
