Active ImageLonny has been entertaining appreciative audiences for more than 25 years.
He has spent time all over The World, including Atlantic City, NJ; Alaska;
The Caribbean; Columbia, South America; Las Vegas, NV; and Montreal, Canada.

Lonny started out professionally at age 12 playing drums  for local event band "The Notations," thanks to his father, who landed him an audition with one of his co-workers. After going through the trials of "regular jobs," he returned to the music business at age 18 and has never looked back.

Lonny has been in many show bands including "Bonnie Boyer and the Body Shop," "Lamar and Taylor," "The Millionaires,"  "Andre and Singer." and "Cheers The Band." With these and other show bands, he has played such instruments as Bass Guitar, Drums, Guitar, and Keyboards. Lonny's solo act often incorporates guitar and keyboards alike to ensure a variety of styles and genres.

This multi-talented performer was the musical director for "The Miss Brigantine Resort/Miss Shore Resort Pageant" for seven years under the direction of former Miss Brigantine, Colleen Bell and with the help of long time colleague, Sal Angelo. It was there that he worked with such talented hosts as John Santino, Lou Costello, and Johnny Ingram.

Lonny was the musical director and host of the legendary New York comedy club, "Catch A Rising Star," at Resorts Atlantic City, from May 2005 to February 2007. While performing the function of introducing comics to the audience, he delighted the crowd with his own comedic and musical improvisations.

In the summer of 2007, Lonny's career took a slight turn when he started performing on cruise ships as a piano entertainer. He is currently a regular on Holland America Line cruises. He enjoys playing at home in NJ when he is on land between sea contracts.
