To fix that, she suggests donating anything you haven't worn in the last three to six months. How to figure that out? Try this: arrange clothes on hangers with the hook pointing out toward you, then flip the hanger right-side in as you wear each piece. If hangers are still facing out after that time, you'll know it's time to get rid of those items.
