If you can’t get enough of the eclectic, graphic, and inspiring — yet still somehow approachable — spaces created by Kate Arends of lifestyle blog Wit and Delight, you’re in for a huge (and we mean huge) treat. Kate just unveiled her latest project, Studio 125, a massive, 6,000 square foot photography and event studio in Minneapolis.

From the fully decked-out kitchen to the multiple lounge areas and much more, Kate gave each and every one of the Studio 125 spaces the Wit and Delight treatment. There’s so much to ogle — dramatic tiled backsplashes, two-tone and metallic light fixtures, and classic, covetable textiles are scattered throughout the venue.

While the studio may look luxe, it also employs budget-friendly furniture finds from CB2, Target, and Ikea, among other outlets. As we’ve come to expect from Wit and Delight, the rooms are as “real” and accessible as they are photo-worthy. Ready for a tour? Click on to see the covetable studio and uncover all the ingenious ideas you can copy in your own home.
