Cherry Mojito
Serves 1
-- 10 fresh mint leaves
-- 1 tablespoon sugar
-- 2 lime wedges
-- 5 pitted cherries
-- 1½ ounces white rum
-- seltzer, for topping

Place 10 mint leaves and a lime wedge in a tall glass. Using a muddler, muddle the mint, sugar, and lime to release juices and mint oil. Add 5 pitted cherries, sugar, and another lime wedge and muddle again. Add ice. Pour in the rum and top the glass with seltzer. Stir and serve. Courtesy of Diana Yen
