1. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients together and stir. This includes Epsom salt, oats, and a small handful each of dried calendula petals, lavender buds and rose petals.

2. Add vitamin E and ylang ylang essential oil to the mixture and stir.

3. Fill muslin bags with the mixture. When using 2” x 4” muslin bags, as you see here, the recipe fills about 4 bags.
