1. Add chocolate and peanut butter to two separate bowls.
2. Microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring in between until melted.
3. Drizzle both on the inside of a tall glass. Chill glass in freezer.
4. Add liquor, ice cream, 1 tablespoon chocolate, and 2 tablespoons peanut butter to a blender and blend.
5. Pour into the chilled glass.
6. Top with whipped cream, drizzled chocolate and a Reese's peanut butter cup.
