Cocktail Oysters
Serves 4

"Combine your holiday cocktails with everyone’s favorite palate cleanser – oysters," suggests Keefe. "Mix and match your favorites to create a dozen – or a few dozen – for friends and family. If you don’t know how to shuck an oyster, avoid a trip to the ER and have your local fish monger do. Make sure to keep them on ice!"
