Lovely Limestone
“We were first approached by the clients in the summer of 2014. The house, which was built in 1901, was almost entirely in its original state with all the beauty, charm, and quirkiness," shares Lee.

"There were some parts to the original plan that no longer functioned well for a family of five — the kitchen was very small and outdated, the bathrooms had bathtubs only, and the bedroom closets had small washstands with sinks that were no longer used. But despite all that, there were 100-year-old inlay floors, plaster moldings, and woodwork throughout that had been preserved and maintained beautifully."
