We have to admit, we’ve had a design crush on the bright, modern décor site Gretel Home for a while now. So, when we got the chance to peek inside founder Abby Kellett’s pastel-drenched Miami home, we jumped at the opportunity.
The five-bedroom space is a true hybrid of subtle tropical influences paired with the clean, sophisticated lines of the Scandinavian living.
“I wanted to combine the two,” Kellet tells Lonny. “Every room has a fairly major element of color — through cement tile, wallpaper or paint, but the overall feeling is still quite calm and minimal.”
Peppered with pale accents and items from her shop — the home bucks trends with its creative styling and stand-out features (hello, outdoor shower). We’ve never seen color done SO right.
