“Fresh fruit is a great quick snack to grab in the middle of the day. I also love keeping frozen fruit like berries and mangos on hand for smoothies,” says Claiborne.

“I also recommend keeping nuts, seeds, and dried fruit. Nuts and seeds are great for healthy fat and protein," she notes. "If you have an active lifestyle they are perfect to have. They also have texture and interest to your meals. I like to add dried fruit to add to oats in the morning. If you have a sweet tooth, it’s a great thing to grab.”
