Taylor Swift's $25 Million Beverly Hills Home
The historic Samuel Goldywn estate should have room enough for the whole squad.
Real estate magnate (and singer of some songs) Taylor Swift has reportedly picked up a new L.A. estate, this time in the hills of Beverly for a cool $25 million. The 11,000-square-foot, seven-bedroom, ten-bath mansion was built for film producer Samuel Goldwyn in the 1930s and has all the trappings of old Hollywood grandeur you might expect to find in a hilltop L.A. abode of its pedigree.
In the handful of photos revealed, you'll spot rich, wood-paneled walls, sweeping staircases and a stately motor court. Overall, the feeling is decidedly old school, and dare we say, in need of a little update. Overstuffed furniture and loads of beige carpet suggest an artful Swiftie refresh might be in order.
Outside, a sunken tennis court and swimming pool are framed by sloping manicured lawns. The grand entry, below, is in line with Taylor's propensity for traditional architecture. (Check out the Scottish castle she's been eyeing.)
Per the original listing, some of the features we can't see for ourselves include a formal dining room "lined with French doors leading out to a trellis-covered brick patio" and a master suite veranda with sparkling city views worthy of a cinematic music video. Also nestled in the nearly-two acres are a screening room, home gym, rose garden, pool house, and two private guest suites.
