DIY Decor: How to Make a Paper Umbrella Garland

Wrap the fishing line around one spoke to anchor the umbrella in place. Do this step carefully and don't pull too hard or else the umbrella will rip. (If this happens, you can repair it with a tiny strip of clear tape.)
