(Photos: Heidi Geldhauser)When designer Christina Loucks first entered the Atlanta living room of her jet-setting bachelor client, the only piece of furniture present was a pool table, and the new construction was lackluster to say the least. Together the duo eliminated some builder-grade fixtures and layered in masculine pieces in diverse textures, tones, and metals, for an eclectic and highly personal living space anyone would love to come home to.

Loucks says: "It was a challenge to find a sofa that was right for this space—not too boxy, not too feminine, and not too big. Because it's floating in the center of the room, it was important that it have unobtrusive lines. "

Loucks says: "The client loved this desk and showed it to me before he purchased it. It is just a gorgeous metal finish and served as a great jumping off point for the design."
