Party planning doesn't have to be stressful. Don't believe me? Take a look at the no-fuss decorations we employed at our relaunch party, which took place last week at a chic penthouse in Soho. To give the space a touch of personality, we turned to our trusty old Cricut Explore machine to create colorful bespoke confetti that screams Lonny—almost literally. Here's how it came together.

To start, I bought some inexpensive card stock at Paper Presentation in assorted colors. Once the Cricut Explore hardware was installed on my computer, I placed sheets of paper onto an adhesive-lined cutting mat and fed them directly into the cutting tool for perfectly-shaped letters. We scattered them  on tables and let the wind carry them throughout the space; party prep doesn't get any simpler than that!

Of course, you could just stencil letters onto paper and cut them out individually, but who wants—or has the time—to do that? Look out for more projects using Cricut Explore in the coming weeks.
I'm the former Deputy Editor at Lonny.
