After purchasing an iconic John Elgin Woolf-designed mansion, actors Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have flipped the Beverly Hills home and listed it for $17.95 million, according to Variety.

After purchasing the dwelling seven months ago for $15 million, the duo is looking to make a quick $2.95 mill off their real estate investment. Known for flipping multi-million-dollar properties, this is just one of the couple’s recent home projects.

Built in the early 1960s, the Hollywood Regency-style house was previously renovated ago. This year, the celeb couple added modern amenities, new systems, and updated finishes, according to the real estate listing.

Just over 5,000 square feet, the five-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath villa is equal parts glamorous and irreverent, echoing DeGeneres’ and de Rossi’s personalities. Sophisticated furnishings are paired with whimsical accents throughout.

The house embraces Southern California’s al fresco lifestyle with access to the outdoors throughout the home, along with breathtaking vistas of both the city and ocean. Check out these views!
