Katie Young
Katie Young of Letter Craft had plenty of recs on hand. "Anatomy of Peace by The Arbinger Institute is excellent because it helps the reader find peace with everyone around them instead of being at war with them," she says. "This can be applied to family members, employees, friends, rivals, etc. This book changed my life and how I see and interact with people. It made me a better person."

Next on her list? "The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah is an historical fiction about sisters working for the Underground during World War II. It is a page turner and a tear jerker," she notes.

"For really anybody, but especially work-from-home moms, The Power of Vulnerability by Brene Brown made me laugh out loud, but also help me forgive myself and feel good about the mother AND business owner I am when I was feeling guilty for not being better at both."
