"Exceptional Service" Popcorn Inspired by The Grand Budapest Hotel

A snack based on the best picture–nominated movie

Ingredients:
1 recipe standard popcorn
3 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon truffle oil
1 teaspoon powdered citric acid
1 tablespoon kosher salt

Directions:
This one may look basic, but fancy truffle oil and powdered citric acid kick it up a notch. Mix salt and citric acid. Mix melted butter with truffle oil. Pop 1 recipe of the standard popcorn. While popcorn is hot, toss in salt/acid mix and melted butter.
