The open-plan family home — built by Stevens and her husband, Kenny — exudes contemporary, low-maintenance living.

"My life and schedule are full, so it’s important that my home environment is calm, a place I can exhale," explains the business coach and busy mom-of-two. "I think of our approach to design as "warm minimalism" — it's clean, simple, yet inviting, and ultimately approachable. Our entire downstairs area is so wide open, with a 30-foot opening to the backyard. I love hosting, gathering, and relaxing here," she says.
