Watercolorist Céline Chollet and her husband live in a 16th-century Maison à Colombage (timber-framed house) in the Burgundian town of Auxerre, France. Among its unique features is a tower with an observation deck. "We love being able to see almost the entire city and the surrounding countryside," says Chollet.
