Interior designer Katie Martinez turned a 150-year-old Manhattan apartment into a vibrant space for a young couple. Designed around one of the home's century-old hearths, the living room features pieces from various eras, such as midcentury rattan folding chairs from Foley & Cox and a modern steel coffee table from Room in New York's Tribeca neighborhood.
