The charming flat that the Duchess of Cambridge and her sister Pippa shared during their bachelorette days was put on the market by their parents Michael and Carole Middleton for £1.95 million, according to The Times (That’s approximately $2.4 million here in the states!) If the two-story apartment sells at its listing price, the Middletons will make a hefty profit of £1.2 million ($1.5 million) on the property.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom flat is tucked away in west London’s hip Chelsea neighborhood, “found on a favourable part of the Old Church Street” according to the Knight Frank real-estate listing. The two-story apartment includes adjoining living and dining rooms, a cozy kitchen, and a guest bath on the second floor. And up a flight of stairs on the third floor, you’ll find a master suite, along with two other guest bedrooms and a family room.

Although the Middleton sisters have moved on to more palatial homes (Kensington Palace for The Duchess and a London mansion for Pippa), their bachelorette days show a more laid back lifestyle. Let’s take a tour!
