Country singers Jason and Brittany Aldean just sold their contemporary country estate outside of Nashville, Tennessee for $7 million, according to Variety.
The platinum-album star and “American Idol” contestant purchased the 120-acre property three years ago for $5.35 million. With rolling hills, dense woods, and pastures a-plenty, it’s a picturesque ranch that country songs are made of.
Less than an hour drive south of Nashville in Columbia, the contemporary mansion is just under 9,000 square feet with six bedrooms and eight-and-a-half baths. There’s also a ton of outdoor amenities — a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a fire pit area.
The property is a horse-lover’s paradise with a 10,000-square-foot equestrian center. And just a stone’s throw from the house is a 4,100-square-foot entertainment hub with guest quarters, a massive kitchen, a lounge area and bar, and even a professional bowling alley.
