Fan of Art Deco? Well now you can buy real estate in a historic building with a celeb stamp of approval! Johnny Depp just listed five penthouse apartments on a floor of the Eastern Columbia Building in Downtown L.A. for $12.78 million, according to Zillow.
To preserve the historic structure of the 1930s building, only three of the apartments are connected by doorway, which Depp used for living and entertaining. The other two served as an art studio and guest suite.
