Andrea and Mark had food trucks cater the meal. On the menu: fried chicken and biscuits from Pies-N-Thighs and tacos and barbecue sliders from Mexicue. Local chef Lisa Adams also created appetizers and entrees to offset the heavier comfort food, including cod with red-wine miso and cilantro-garlic chicken. “Her signature sweet-and-spicy bacon bites were out of this world,” says Andrea.
