Since this vegan resto opened three weeks ago in our downtown Manhattan office building, at least one member of the Lonny staff has eaten there each day. The Grasshopper Cookies (a healthier version of mint chocolate-chip Oreos!), Chickpea Fries, and divine Green Lemonade are enough to inspire this addiction, but the chic interiors (something you don’t generally associate with vegan eateries) are what inspired us to shoot our “We Went Mad For . . .” portrait there.
