After sitting on the market for two years, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s country estate in Franklin, Tennessee has sold for $2.7 million, according to Variety.

The couple originally listed the property for $3.45 million, and have slowly lowered the price over the years. Originally purchasing the 36-acre estate for $2.45 million in 2007, the award-winning actress and country singer made a small profit on the property.

A 30-minute drive south of Nashville, their nearly 5,100-square-foot traditional brick abode is set back from the main road, down a long, winding driveway that cuts through rolling fields and groves of trees.

The four-bedroom house includes plenty of living space for entertaining family and friends, spacious walk-in closets for all those red carpet looks, a spa-like master bath, a large in-home gym, and even a cottage for the estate’s caretaker.

The celebrity couple isn’t saying goodbye to Tennessee though. Just down the road in Nashville, the stars have a 12,000-square-foot mansion that they call home, along with their properties in Beverly Hills, New York City, and Australia.
