Olivia Newton-John and her husband John Easterling purchased this home on Jupiter Island, Florida, in 2009 for $4.1 million from former Jupiter Inlet Colony Mayor John Zuccarelli.
The couple listed the gorgeous estate for $6.2 million, and Rosie O'Donnell was rumored to be interested in buying the home at one point. The comedian chose to purchase another house, and Newton-John eventually sold the home to Swedish advertising executive Rikard Per-Arvid Svensson for $5 million.
