In fall of 2016, The Wing opened its doors for the first time in NYC's Flatiron, thus igniting a workspace phenomenon. Since then, the all-female team opened doors in SoHo, D.C., and DUMBO. What's next? Only full-steam ahead for co-founders Audrey Gelman and Lauren Kassan.
This week, The Wing announced the openings of six new locations — San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Williamsburg, London, and Toronto. The first two Californian openings will be The Wing's West Coast debut, while the latter two are The Wing's first international hubs. The girls-only organization hopes to continue to foster relationships — both business and personal — through their community and physical locations.
So, how will The Wing make a grand entrance? On April 2, a billboard landed in San Francisco, at the corner of Sansome Street and Pacific Avenue, to announce it's upcoming arrival. The unveiling of similar billboards took place in every one of the six cities, in hopes to garner excitement around its newly expanded presence.
As far as the design of each of these new locations go, we're anticipating that The Wing will maintain its signature aesthetic, with a custom twist for each city. More information to come...
