Anthropologie's New Collab Is A Fresh Coat Of Paint
Anthropologie x Farrow & Ball is the ultimate match.
Revamping a room often takes much more than a simple switch of furniture pieces. Try as we might to reinvent our living spaces with a new velvet sofa or accent chair, sometimes a redesign takes much, much more. And evidently, Anthropologie's home department already knew this.
In their latest collaboration, Anthropologie is teaming up with Farrow & Ball. British craftsmen in paint and wallpaper, the interior experts will now sell their 132 paint colors — including primers, undercoats, brushes and rollers — on Anthropologie's site. Can you imagine all the DIYs in the making?!
So how did this collaboration come to be? With the paint colors providing the ideal backdrop for the lifestyle retailer's home goods, Anthropologie Group co-president Andrew Carnie says that the partnership was clear match. He shares, "The addition of the Farrow & Ball color range to our extensive offering of furniture, décor and design services, will enable our customers to transform their homes into uniquely personal spaces." Farrow & Ball's CEO Anthony Davey agrees , “We are thrilled to share our unmatched colors with Anthropologie’s customers who are looking for high-quality design resources for their home."
So, why use Farrow & Ball paints over other brands? There's a bevy of reasons, starting with the fact that these water-based hues are eco-friendly and high quality thanks to their depth and complexity. Made from top-tier ingredients and rich pigments, the paint tones respond to all types of light and help bring life into the room. And, in order to provide a wide-array of options, Anthropologie will include a choice of five Farrow & Ball interior finishes ranging from matte Estate Emulsion to a shiny Full Gloss.
Wondering how to get the paint on your walls with perfection? Anthropologie covered this, too. The site will carry painting tools, including color cards and sample pots, along with brushes and rollers, too. And did we mention there are wallpapers coming this fall? Stay tuned, and keep an eye out for the paint collection available Anthropologie's site June 19.
