By now you’re probably aware that here at Lonny we’re West Coast Craft enthusiasts (did you peek at our "apartment" from last year?). So much in fact, we’ve signed on to be an official media sponsor for the summer show (if you happen to be in the Bay Area June 10 and June 11, come say hi!).
The stylish gathering happens twice a year in S.F. and brings together the brightest West Coast talent in design, decor, fashion, and more. And, while it’s always great to see familiar faces, we’re particularly jazzed about the new names that have been added to the roster. We’ve highlighted three must-see home vendors we can’t wait to scope out and hope you do, too. See you there!
Inspired by form and what might be described as the “mundane” — artist (although she prefers the term collaborator) Nancy Pearce takes everyday objects and makes them into something much more joyful. Whether that’s a bronzed tube of toothpaste or a bowl for your rings, each item has an organic touch and playfulness to it.
We love a company that appreciates the importance of a stiff drink. And Mazama Wares gets it. Dedicated to creating handmade, artisanal mugs, tumblers, and glassware the Portland-based company (also famous for helming Tanner Goods) is a definite must-see this season.
For those in search of living a more minimal, mindful life Counter Space is here to help — or at least help in your home. The design collective and shop sells timeless art and items that are equal parts minimalist and personal.
